RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and lead solution practice
• Responsible for strategy consulting activities
• Drives mission critical technical and managerial discussions involving proper specialists from project team and customer side
• Oversee end-to-end development cycle, drive IT strategy
• Communicate with clients to define specific product requirements, documenting design specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversions
• Conduct technical interviews and provide leadership role to other SA's

REQUIREMENTS

• EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Principal Systems Architect in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S.
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Management Information Systems, Radiophysics, IT Management, Informatics, or closely related discipline; plus 3 years of employment experience in the job offered (Principal Systems Architect), Systems Architect Lead, Software/Systems Engineer, Software Engineering Team Leader, Solution Architect, Software Architect, IT Architect, Software Developer, DevOps Engineer or closely related occupation
• In the alternative employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Management Information Systems, Radiophysics, IT Management, Informatics, or closely related discipline; plus 6 years of employment experience in the job offered (Principal Systems Architect), Systems Architect Lead, Software/Systems Engineer, Software Engineering Team Leader, Solution Architect, Software Architect, IT Architect, Software Developer, DevOps Engineer or closely related occupation.
