Job Description:
- This position is a functional analyst support role on the SAP Employee Central Payroll Functional Team. The selected person will support implementation and post go-live support efforts. This role will likely include the following duties:
- Participate in payroll comparison analysis; determine reasons for discrepancies between results of legacy system and Employee Central Payroll system
- Conduct & participsate in on-site end user training by assisting students with exercises and taking notes of questions/parking lot items
- Participate in post go-live end user support
- Test solutions to defects
- The applicant must have experience with payroll as a user or a systems analyst. Has strong organizational skills, detail oriented, excellent customer support skills, can troubleshoot issues and excellent communication skills (diplomatic, persuasive, respectful, and clear).
