Our Client in Winston Salem is a beautiful Multi-family Community of 900 apartments. We are looking for enjoyable and ambitious In-House Leasing Agents. Must have an upbeat energetic personality, team player and marketing experience.
Let your sales talents shine. Enjoy earning a base salary and generous commissions. Spend your time touring remodeled beautiful apartments. Using your sales skills to close rental leases.
· Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including showing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
· Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
· Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information.
· Proactively identify and secure featured opportunities for the apartment complex.
· Regularly review and update editorial and events calendars, and ensure that institutional media lists are kept current
· Assist the External Marketing team with project-based research, analysis, and action when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
