We are seeking an Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will:
- Manage the flow of product, tools, and ancillary equipment through its life cycle.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager and Design Consultants in understanding inventory levels and provide accurate location and consumption data through use of the Company’s inventory management software.
- Control received and delivered product so that no equipment is unaccounted for at any time.
- Constantly improve the efficiency and flow of the warehouse though lean activities and documentation of processes.
- Transport equipment to and from Company locations or job sites as needed by use of personal or company provided vehicles.
- Stage product for upcoming jobs so that the technicians have everything they need for the day.
- Process inbound shipments and organize product according to policies.
- Help where needed in jobs and organization improvement initiatives.
As an Warehouse Operations Specialist, you are:

- Understanding that you are a part of small team in a face paced environment and like to place yourself wherever help is needed.
Qualifications of an Warehouse Operations Specialist:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must read, write and speak English
- 1 year of experience in warehouse, distribution, or retail
- Able to lift and carry items in excess of 50 lbs alone or assisted.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military Experience in Logistics, Maintenance, or related field
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
