What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Supervisor position at EPIC Brokers?
The Client Services role provides a high level of sales support to the assigned Producer(s) and customer service to clientele. He/she will assist in the production of new and renewal accounts in keeping with agency and individual Producer goals and provide field service in support of producer activities. |
Marketing -- quote new and renewal TPA self funded business (complete census data, etc.); prepare new and renewal presentations for the Producer(s); prepare 9 month review of claim and financial, eligibility and claim data (to be used to prepare for the upcoming renewal); maintain copies of license and insurance for "outside" producers |
Client Service -- meet with the client to review the services Employee Plans, LLC will be administering; complete the necessary paperwork (i.e.reinsurance applications, PPO agreements, UR agreements, business assoc agreements etc); develop plan documents and amendments to the plan; conduct enrollment meetings; coordinate and communicate the new sale services with Employee Plans, LLC; assist Producer(s) with the 9 month review presentation; direct contact for escalated client issues |
Implementation -- liason between client and Employee Plans, LLC; quarterback the whole process of getting a new group onboarded with the TPA and communicate changes to groups renewing. |
