The Housing Case Manager is responsible for clerical and bookkeeping tasks associated with providing financial assistance to persons infected with HIV in Hillsborough County. Responsible for screening potential program participants, maintaining client files, and overseeing the day to day operations of Permanent Housing Placement program.

EPIC (Empath Partners in Care) is a nonprofit provider of medical case management, counseling and pharmacy services to Tampa Bay area residents with HIV. • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Substantial successful work experience in the field of office management may be substituted for the degree
• Knowledge of Business English, spelling and punctuation.
• Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of general math pertaining to percentages, allocations and discounts.
• Computer skills using current software
• Knowledge of local community resources
• Must have reliable transportation which will enable them to perform tasks and responsibilities in a timely and appropriate fashion. Must provide proof of valid automobile insurance, a copy of which will be placed in the employee’s HR file.
