About the available position:

EPIC - Every Person Influences Children is seeking a Caseworker for Erie County Parenting Services. This position will enroll parents mandated by Erie County Family Court and Department of Social Services into EPIC's Families In Transition parenting series, monitor their participation during sessions, and complete record keeping. We as are looking for a flexible team player, with an open mind, strong work ethic, and desire to help families. This position offers a flexible schedule based on program requirements that may include evenings and weekends. Applicants must have reliable transportation.

EPIC is looking for candidates who have:

• Passion for working with families
• Experience with program delivery and or program coordination
• Data Management Systems experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year related experience

Industry experience might include:

• Case Managers
• Social Workers
• Human Service Professionals

The starting salary for this position is $42,000 per year and is negotiable based on experience.
