You'll have ownership of garden areas, green roofs, fruit trees, and interior plantings on one of our themed campuses. Responsibilities include planting, watering, weeding, mulching, pruning, deadheading, and snow removal.

- Bachelor's degree or greater in Horticulture or related field
- Must be able to work outdoors 8 hours each day and lift 50 lbs
- Experience in temperate ornamental horticulture and/or arboriculture preferred
- Experience with commercial equipment preferred
- Valid WI Driver's license
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
