What we are looking for:
An experienced Financial Analyst of FP&A who will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of the company. This individual will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial models and KPIs, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
Our ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and experience, passion, and curiosity for fast paced high growth companies.
What you’ll do:
- Construct and maintain financial reporting packages, KPIs, presentations, and dashboards.
- Drive understanding and decision-making regarding financial impacts, cost drivers, and capacity plans.
- Conduct and document financial analysis projects, data gathering, manipulation, summarization, and analysis of financial reports, sales activity, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in financial forecasting and annual budgeting process.
- Prepare / assist with presentations to Board of Directors, Private Equity Sponsor, and C-Suite.
- Prepare, analyze, distribute, and communicate all items related to quarterly provider compensation.
- Administration of our enterprise planning software, Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
It’ll help to have/be:
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, following through to completion.
- Ability to build partnerships with all levels of management, cross-functional business partners and C-level executives.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics/math, or healthcare administration.
- Demonstrated experience performing modeling, forecasting and budgeting-related financial activities.
- At least two (2) years of financial analyst experience required.
- FP&A experience during a planning cycle, preferred.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Sage Intacct experience, preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Administrative office may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
