As an Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus on driving awareness of products to new prospects and generating leads. Deliver demand generation programs that are successful in reaching buyers in new markets, promoting new product features, and generating marketing buzz. Measure and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and their impact on the sales pipeline and revenue. Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, striving to continually improve the quantity, quality, and conversion of leads. Leverage research, consumer insights, and market trends to inform product positioning and marketing efforts. opportunities, providing solutions and closing business.
You will contribute by analyzing customer facilities and requirements to help drive their business needs through the EPLAN platform. Additionally;
Responsible for Identifying, Qualifying, and reporting daily, weekly and monthly lead goals.- Places outbound prospecting calls to potential customers.
- Generates accurate proposals based on customer needs using Excel/Word/PDF.
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across webinars, email, paid media, events, content, and more
- Support lead generation and sales pipelines - monitor conversion rates
- Leverage marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to generate and qualify leads for the inside sales team
- Drive campaign strategy and implementation with the collaboration and support of design, field marketing and digital teams
- Collaborates details and information to assigned Account Manager/Inside Sales
- Multi-tasking between various PC programs, tools, and phone calls.
- Entering correct customer data into CRM
- Initial touch point on qualifying leads on features and benefits of EPLAN Platform.
- Provides kind and courteous service to customers.
- Applies a professional and positive image and attitude towards all assigned tasks.
- Performs with a high level of focus, organization, and competitiveness.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and selling practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
We are looking for someone with the ability to passionately promote and display their industry knowledge to an expansive clientele as we strive to grow our business.
- 3 years of experience in Lead Generation/Inside Sales position, bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
- You have strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, MailChimp, etc.
- Experience planning and managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns to support sales funnels
- Must be a self-starter and comfortable owning their work; expected to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are going to show your proven ability to develop and build strong relationships with other departments
- We need someone who is highly proficient in their computer skills including internet, CRM, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
