Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods for small molecules
- Support CMC efforts through analytical testing
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
- Write and review analytical documents, including protocols, reports, and SOPs
- Maintain and calibrate analytical equipment
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including Quality Control, Formulation Development, and Regulatory Affairs
Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and dissolution
- Familiarity with FDA and ICH guidelines
- Experience with method development and validation
