Your challenges

• Create and share monthly spend reports and detailing eProcurement and website order metrics information for use by the sales organization.
• Create customer facing spend reports for business reviews and contractual obligations as required.
• Monitor growth and utilization of campaigns, suggest strategy changes based on customer dynamics.
• Pricing and Contracts
• Generate and maintain spreadsheets detailing customer facing discounts, support upload of pricing into associated systems. Work with Marketing teams to update list prices, add and remove products in regular intervals.
• Ensure pricing accuracy at time of order for eCommerce and contractual customers, and troubleshoot discrepancies in close alignment with eProcurement Technical Specialist, Customer Support Team and others as required.
• Utilize sales information to create and confirm rebate payments for contractual customers.
• Generate price catalogs for direct customers as required.
• Maintain and share master list of eProcurement, Contract and Customer Specific Pricing customers to sales organization on a regular basis.
• Support Sales Workflow
• Monitor bid sites and eProcurement platforms for relevant new opportunities and leads, relay to appropriate sales team.
• Aid in the creation of website promotion codes, such as NLSU and eShop$.
• Use sales information to identify potential eCommerce target accounts.
• Compile sales information monthly
• Prepare and share accurate analysis and reports both regularly and on demand as required using data from internal and external sources
• Present notable and/or actionable information and insights to management
• Calculate rebate amounts and request payments
• Generate master discounting templates at least 2 x per year
• Ensure pricing accuracy for relevant customers and troubleshoot issues as required
• Regularly update master eCommerce customer list
• Relay bid and eProcurement opportunities to sales team, assist in bid completion and submission as directed
• Work with eCommerce Technical, Customer Support, and Accounts Payable and external platforms to ensure efficient processing of direct orders to identify potential eCommerce target accounts
