We are hiring for a Systems Operations Monitoring Analyst to join our IT group in the Pittsburgh, PA office. New Grads encouraged to apply!

Job Description:

This position provides 24x7x365 coverage of the operations of the Pittsburgh Data Center as well as operations on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The Cloud Services Operator is responsible for monitoring all systems and working with supervisors to build, operate and maintain all systems in the Data Center. This position offers hands-on exposure to a number of technical disciplines in systems administration, networking, and computer science, such as Windows, Linux, VMWare, Amazon, Azure and Enterprise Databases.

Job Requirements

Education: 2 years technical education required from technical training school, the military or college

Experience: 2 years technical experience a plus.

Skill Requirements: General technical aptitude, experience with Microsoft operating systems and computer hardware, basic TCP/IP networking knowledge

Physical Requirements: Should be capable of lifting 50 lbs over head unassisted.

Working Hours: Daylight hours. Must be able to provide in-office coverage for the week once every five weeks and be on call during that week.

Limited travel may be required.
