Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in various facilities
- Ensure the proper maintenance of facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed
- Assist with porter duties including trash removal and recycling
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to effectively clean and maintain assigned areas
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
