YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to enhance company growth and employee satisfaction.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals and attracts top talent.
- Design and implement an effective onboarding process to integrate new employees into the company culture smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions, stay updated on labor legislation, and implement necessary changes in HR practices.
- Optimize HR workflows for efficiency, ensuring processes are streamlined and effective in supporting business and employee needs.
- Provide strategic leadership and management for the HR team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and nurture a strong company culture that supports employee engagement and aligns with business goals.
- Establish and oversee a comprehensive performance management system that drives employee performance and supports career development.
- Implement and manage a competitive compensation and benefits strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of HR and organizational culture.
QUALITIES & QUALIFICATION WE LOOK FOR
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
- Current SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification, illustrating a commitment to the HR profession and adherence to best practices.
- Extensive experience in ensuring HR compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, reflecting a deep understanding of the requirements for managing sensitive employee data and information security.
- Proven track record in a senior HR role, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance organizational culture.
- Expertise in navigating and staying current with labor laws and HR regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant and risk-free.
