YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and provide support to visitors.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including updating client information and maintaining records.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, order and restock supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as distributing mail, filing, photocopying, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.

- Previous experience in reception required.
