What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician I position at Epsilon?
The Data Solutions Technician is responsible for working with our Sales and support teams to provide the highest quality products and services to our internal and external customers. Primary responsibility is timely and accurate delivery of statistical models, count / list fulfillments, and data overlay/installs. May also have supporting efforts for email and online promotion. Serves as a contact resource for customers, service bureaus, and other internal partners.

- Execute count / order parameters to client/sales specifications
- Quality control of all projects using prescribed verification processes

- Finance Administration / Internal Billing Support and SOX Compliance
- Document Retention

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Computer Skills: Demonstrated comfort and proficiency working in Windows, GUI, and Command Line interfaces such Unix (as applicable)
- 1 year direct marketing experience (preferred) and / or 2 years previous Sales support/customer service experience
- Customer focused – similar customer services experience
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly
- Flexible and adaptable in managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working conditions: Flexibility relative to Scheduling / Overtime relative to the needs of the business
