Epsilon is seeking a VP of HR Operations to support key human resources initiatives within our 8,000 person company. You will lead a team of our HR Specialists, HR Assistants and Administrative team, while working closely with cross-functional partners to execute strategies that support the long-term success of the business. This role will critical in upgrading our HR operations enabling greater efficiencies and effectiveness of how we deliver HR services. Responsibilities:
- Drive effectiveness and efficiency of processes and tools to achieve timely resolution of issues, and a high degree of customer satisfaction for interactions with HR, leaders, and team members.
- Establish and monitor processes and metrics to ensure customer and stakeholder needs are met. Establish and track performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Partner with IT and HR to develop a strategic roadmap for automation of administrative processes, Employee and Manager Self-Service capabilities, and knowledge management.
- Champion the HR operating model, centralizing and standardizing administrative and operational work under the newly formed HR operations organization.
- Lead multiple HR processes under the umbrella of HR operations, including liaison with payroll, benefits, leave of absences, and additional opportunities across HR to further centralize delivery of HR processes.
- Ensure high levels of collaboration and coordination between HR operations, HR COEs and HR business partners to ensure effective service delivery, ensuring agility to deliver against business priorities and proactively identify areas of improvement.
- Provide leadership to ensure process and policy consistency, simplification and efficiency improvement. Ensure ongoing alignment and integration of processes and policies globally.
- Drive improved HR data, metrics, analytics and insights to support data driven business discussions and decision-making.
- Ensure external best practices are continually leveraged and continuous improvement methodology deployed to improve the effectiveness of people programs and processes required to support a complex, growing global business.
- Ensure our processes uphold and demonstrate our company's culture in a consistent manner and that considerations of diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all aspects of the business and employee experience driven out of HR Operations.
Experience:
- 10 years experience in HR that includes operational leadership responsibility developing, implementing, and executing successful operations and technology strategies; people leadership experience
- Experience working in high growth environment and supporting HR Ops for 5000 employees
- Knowledge of and HR functions (recruiting, learning & development, compliance, compensation and benefits, etc), and state and federal laws and regulations that influence HR.
- Proven ability to examine procedures, formulate policy, design new strategies, develop sound proposals, and successfully implement programs.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, fostering teamwork across HR functions.
- Exceptional analytical skills, working with large data sets, communicating findings and establishing/tracking program metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization, influence decision makers, and set and manage expectations.
- Able to project manage and juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change
- Business acumen that allows the quick grasp, immersion and understanding of various end to end processes
- Flexibility and agility to align with dynamic business needs.
- Agile and able to deal effectively with strategic issues, as well as tactical operational details.
- Able to align operational excellence with functional service delivery and employee engagement
