What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credentialing Analyst-Junior position at Equifax?
The Credentialing Analyst is an entry level position that will work independently and as part of a large team that is responsible for protecting Equifax by identifying and preventing fraudulent access to Equifax data. The analyst will work in a production environment with targeted metrics and as a critical line of defense for Equifax and integral to business goals.
What you’ll do
Perform daily investigative functions related to the verification of existing Equifax customers.
Review and analyze current client data based upon established guidelines.
Acquire, review, document and save all information obtained from the investigation.
Preparation and submission of weekly metrics.
What experience you need
Previous experience in a production environment (non-call center).
Effective written and verbal communication.
Proficient PC skills, including MS Office products and internet search engines.
Basic data manipulation in Excel.
Experience with WinZip and moving/saving electronic files.
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent activities.
The applicant will be subject to a performance test consisting of MS Office products and other product proficiency, which will determine eligibility.
