What are the responsibilities and job description for the WOTC Specialist position at Equifax?
As our new WOTC Specialist, we will reply on you to be an integral part of the team, generating necessary compliance reporting and supporting the overall efforts of the WOTC Specialist team.
What you’ll do
Monitor WOTC compliance for a dedicated book of business and identify client compliance issues through Data Warehouse reports and escalate as needed to the QPMs and/or AMs to address and resolve
Provide client support for any and all reports sent to clients and recognize and solve somewhat complex problems that occur in your assigned client book of business. be able to provide detail to explain somewhat complex issues to clients regarding the WOTC program
Coordinate with internal groups to train managers as needed at the location level, this may include new clients, new managers or locations with incomplete forms
As needed assist QPMs/CSS in preparing documents for annual client meetings and participate in annual client meetings via phone
Monitor the Supplies Mailbox and Customer Service Inbox and establish login IDs and passwords for clients as necessary, update client location information and WebManger requests
What experience you need
1 - 2 years of office experience
Some college preferred
Proficient Excel knowledge
Proficient with Microsoft Office PC applications
Customer Service experience
