Job Description: HR Compliance Associate
This position works in sync with the HR Compliance Specialist providing guidance, employee assistance and project management support for the company's Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) clearances renewal program. The HR Compliance Associate is responsible for providing tier one resource support on all CPSL policies, processes, and procedures.
This is a hybrid role. Due to the nature of the work, this role will be required to be onsite at least one to two days per week.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills; must be detailed oriented; and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Education: Associates Degree Required.
Level 2 A Worker - No Covid Vax Required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills; must be detailed oriented; and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Schedule Notes: At least 1-2 days in the office each week, however there may be weeks with no days in the office or more days in the office.
