Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the upload of existing agreements to the contract management system and perform associated data entry
Assist in the operation of the contract management system, to include maintaining spreadsheets and creating reports
Provide general legal support, including performance of routine and recurring tasks such as maintaining internal training resources and files
Work with legal partners to perform requested tasks
Handle associate questions and concerns, facilitating involvement of legal partners as necessary
Represent the company in a professional manner, always ensuring quality customer service
Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
Maintain strict confidentiality
QUALIFICATIONS:
Paralegal or experience in law office or other legal setting preferred
Understanding of legal terms and agreements is a plus
Friendly, positive, and cooperative attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately identify and explain key issues in an easily understandable manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and ability to learn other software applications
Strong interpersonal and project management skills to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
Accuracy and attention to detail
Outstanding spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Comments for Suppliers: Remote, with preference for individual located in Eastern time zone
Need someone with strong technical proficiency and ability to use a variety of computer applications
Up to 40 hours per week 8 am to 5 pm but some flexibility may be needed Monday through Friday.
