Monday Thru Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm mandatory overtime. Day off during week. if temp works out there is a strong possibility of conversion to FTE after 6 months
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Member Service Representative provides high quality customer service to internal and external customers. This position is responsible for processing Member walk-in orders timely, and accurately following department processes, procedures and policies while performing daily responsibilities. In addition, this position will assist Members with placing orders or releasing will-call orders through the Kiosks. This role requires flexibility with work schedule, ability to work overtime, Saturdays, and some Holidays as required to meet business needs. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: - Greet Members with a smile and deliver high-quality customer service - Process Member walk-in orders following proper payment handling procedures at all times to ensure accuracy when handling payments in the form of cash, personal checks, credit card, money orders, cashier check, royalty check or travelers check and when balancing register at the beginning and end of shift. - Maintain a professional and business-like approach to internal and external customers - Responsible for staying current with all internal communication updates - Assist with various back-office tasks as needed
