Job Summary:
The Vice President of LATAM Sales provides leadership, direction and stewardship to the LATAM Enterprise sales organization and is responsible for developing and maintaining the sales function ensuring revenue growth across our direct sales channel. The RVP is accountable for the sales organization’s sales performance, the profitable achievement of the organization’s sales goals, and for aligning the organization’s sales objectives with the regional and company overarching business strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities:

Scaling Enterprise Sales Motion
- Drive sales velocity through increased targeting, activity, and/or win rates to exponentially increase the number of new opportunities, win ratio and new logos won annually.
- Proficiency in direct and channel distribution motions.
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
Cross-Functional Management
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with other colleagues and teams globally to meet shared objectives. Promotes cross-functional understanding.
- Maneuvers comfortably through complex organizational dynamics; effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
- Prioritizes and coaches to maximize value of our assets while solving customer issues.
- Has a command of the business as a whole and utilizes analytical capabilities in addition to deep tactical and strategic knowledge to perform diagnostics on the health of their business.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Strategic and transformational leader with a track record of success leading high performing, distributed LATAM Sales teams of 20
- Experience with sales technologies and CRM software
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep and sales leader progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Collaborative, in-service to leadership style
- Technical knowledge is a plus (infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Enterprise hardware and/or enterprise software ecosystem)
- Experience selling in a global, large account management environment
- A proven track record of developing and winning new business - achievement/over-achievement versus annual quota ownership
- Strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage and analyze all areas associated with sales activities and processes (end to end lifecycle and strong forecasting capabilities) to ensure primary goals are achieved and appropriate attention is dedicated to prospecting and calling on clients
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
