POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Administrator assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR administrator carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, regional communications, and employment.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Posts open positions internally and with various vendors.
• Maintains applicant tracking file for Region.
• Recruits applicants to fill vacant positions.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Checks to make sure accident reports are completed.
• Supports employees and managers.
• Assists HRBP as needed.
• Maintains employee files.
• Consolidate labor information for Region.
Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High school diploma/GED
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources. Have knowledge of FMLA, ADA and recruiting.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Human Resource systems and Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills required.

Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations
