Job Description:
The Assistant Account Manage role is a full-time, non-exempt position in the Business Management department. They perform a variety of accounting and administrative duties which include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain cash balance
- Manage Mail
- Processing and coding of cash receipts
- Daily review of account payable invoices
- Reconciliation of quarterly and annual payroll reports
- Troubleshooting with vendors
- Completing various projects assigned by the Account Manager
- Other duties associated with the assigned role
- Bachelor's DegreeVerbal and written communication skills
- Computer Literacy
- Proficient of Word and Excel
- Attention to Detail
- Organizational skills
- Datafaction/AgilLink preferred / QuickBooks is acceptable
- Experience in Business Management Firm
