Responsibilities
- Ensures that NetSuite dashboard is audited for work entries and monitored for daily work orders submitted to QA
- QA inspection for cosmetic, mechanical, and electrical standards for Passive, Active, and Diode line products. This may include accurate labels, correct waveguides, correct dimensions, and test data for various series of parts.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing QA and QC of all products
- Assemble and Electrically Test Passive millimeter wave products for receiving inspection.
- Prepare Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation
- Perform calibration as needed for minor equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum two years of mechanical inspection experience.
- Experience using basic inspection tools such as, but not limited to Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gages.
- Previous Experience writing Inspection Reports and Non-conformance Reports
- Able to read and interpret Engineer drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working under ISO9001/AS9100
- Experience with programming or operating a CMM is a plus.
- Previous Calibration Experience a plus.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
