One of our clients is looking for transformer assemblers/operators to join their team. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Assembly experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
The Transformer Assembler/operator is responsible to perform the final assembly operations of the transformer according to prescribed standard procedures and methods
Attach/install component parts and sub-assemblies to transformer tanks (e.g. leads, bushings, brackets, fuses, switches, nameplates, arrestors, labels, stencils, bands, etc.)
Perform limited troubleshooting and testing of assemblies
Identify and communicate all quality defects
Repair and rework as required
Performing other operations as directed
Ensure compliance with Safety & Housekeeping practices, company policies, and procedures
