Ergon is looking for a Corporate Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
Working with the head of Human Resources, the Corporate Recruiting Specialist role is essential in executing a comprehensive candidate attraction and engagement strategy to fill open positions across the company. Tasked with sourcing and interviewing potential candidates, interfacing with hiring managers, and continuing to grow a professional network, this individual will need to be a resourceful and creative self-starter with a high recruiting capacity.

Corporate Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:
- Works closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manages the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, onboard, and retain quality candidates.
- Sources candidates via LinkedIn, external vendors, referral campaigns, internal/external job boards, and networking via industry events.
- Partners with the head of HR and hiring managers to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Remains active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and creating and posting job descriptions and announcements.
- Negotiates and manages contracts with third-party recruitment agencies, ensuring they supply high-quality candidates.
- Ensures completion of recruitment and selection documentation for record keeping, provides talent acquisition system status updates and candidate status tracking; completes recruitment pipeline reports on a regular basis to support activities with hiring managers.
- In consultation with hiring managers, assists with the development of interview questions and candidate assessment criteria, and provides recommendations for candidate consideration.
- Trains hiring managers and HR on the recruitment processes and system.
- Manages the company's campus recruiting efforts and provides administrative support for the hiring team like scheduling interviews, sending offer letters, etc.
Corporate Recruiting Specialist Qualifications
- Five plus (5 ) years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation and engagement in an agency or corporate environment.
- Five plus (5 ) years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products. Exhibits a high level of personal ownership, confidentiality, and flexibility, maintains good professional judgement and conduct under pressure.
- Travel 10-15%.
This position requires highly developed logical thinking skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion, excellent problem solving/judgment skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and the ability to meet all deadlines.
