About this opportunity

Ericsson's North American Strategic and Commercial Management department supports the creation and delivery of sales proposals to current and potential customers across North America. Sales proposals play a crucial role in the sales process to secure new business.

What you will do:

The Bid and Proposal Coordinator position provides the opportunity to work closely with North American commercial management team to create these proposals.

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Bid and Proposal Coordinator will:

• Work closely with proposal managers in the United States and Canada
• Support to produce and format proposal documents to customers.
• Participate in proposal review meetings to determine proposal strategies and sales objectives
• Gain exposure to new and emerging telecommunications technology

You will bring:

  • Cooperate with team members across the organization
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience
  • New graduates or individuals with 6 months to 1 years' work experience
• Education
  • BA or MA
• Organizational/Multi-tasking skills:
  • The ability to anticipate needs and set goals to meet very short deadlines
  • Talent for working efficiently on multiple projects in a stressful, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong command of the English language with superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
• Computer skills:
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint
