Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are looking for a Telecom Tower Crew Manager who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
The Telecom Tower Crew Manager is responsible for the smooth functions of day-to-day field operations to ensure building of construction projects are completed on time and within budget. One is accountable for supervising the activities of crews during construction operation.
You will:
Manage financials and site preparation and documentation process.
Provides oversight and management of field personnel on all assigned construction projects.
Ensures and implement safety standards as well as all company policies.
Coordinate’s crew daily construction schedules.
Acts as a liaison to project management for coordinating of build of material.
Review scoop of work to determine level of effort and review the need of materials.
Works with Construction Manager to develop detailed coordination, review and approve all documentation (including but not limited to) construction reports, grounding reports and as-builts.
Ensures permitting, inspections and code compliance are completed as needed for each assigned project.
To be successful in the role you must have:
Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or 5-8 years’ working experience
Min years of experience: 5
You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindset
Coping with pressures and setbacks
Delivering results and meet customer expectations
Planning and organizational skills for large projects
Additional Requirements:
ISEB/ISTQB Software testing qualifications would be an advantage
