Position Summary
Researches, troubleshoots, monitors and maintains systems that affect critical system components for the business and/or stakeholders. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Print/Document Telecommunications Production Control Data Center/Operations Service Desk Client Services
- There are two positions available.
What You Will Do:
This opportunity is for an Associate IT Technician/IT Technician and will focus on:
- Front line access and account management support for 6,000 Employees and 13,000 Agents/CSR's.
- Provisioning and de-provisioning account process knowledge and audit experience.
- Critical for providing, maintaining, and removing access for the entire organization and agency force.
- Researches, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains processes that provide timely access and immediate termination of access.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Researches and determines most effective method to resolve technical issues.
- Troubleshoots and resolves problems for familiar or unfamiliar technologies, using established, new or unwritten policies and processes.
- Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- May lead small teams.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational Requirements and Experience Equivalencies:
- High school diploma, or GED, plus two years' related technical experience
Physical Requirements
- Lifting/Moving 0-20 lbs; Occasional (<20%)
- Lifting/Moving 20-50 lbs; Occasional (<20%)
- Ability to move over 50 lbs using lifting aide equipment; Rarely
- Driving; Occasional (<20%)
