Role DescriptionIn the role of Product Manager - Intermediaries, you will bring product trading and clearing knowledge and expertise related to regulated intermediaries (e.g. broker dealers, FCMs) to a collaborative team focused on developing the spot and Futures product suite. You will be able to digest and prioritize client business needs, as well as identify gaps or features that would enhance our product offering. You must have a full understanding of how our different client types access our market, their new vendor vetting and approval processes, and what drives their trading activity. This role will work closely with the business development team during all phases of the client lifecycle: sales, onboarding, support and relationship management.

- Provide subject matter expertise in intermediary trading and clearing business and operations
- Work closely with customers to understand and prioritize their requirements
- Identify gaps or present new ideas that would enhance our offering
- Work closely with our business development team in the sales, onboarding, and maintenance of customer accounts and relationships
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver clearing products and clearing business priorities to our market
- Work closely with market operations and clearing operations teams to resolve platform issues
- Work with marketing team to marketing and training material, attend conferences and represent our brand
- 7 years in Product, Business Development in fintech, FCM/BD, CCP or similar client facing role
- Fundamental understanding of Futures: clearing operational workflow, balance calculations, statements, files, physical delivery process, regulatory controls and reporting
- Extensive knowledge of clearing / middle office platforms: Sungard GMI, R&N, ClearVision, Seals
- Understanding of Futures contract specifications, Credit controls and risk management
- Familiarity with electronic trading tools and interfaces: EMS/OMS platforms, FIX order entry/market data/drop copy APIs, trading algorithms
- Project oriented, detailed and be able to communicate clearly
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, knowledge of digital assets and/or DLT a plus
- Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
