Key Responsibilities:
- Magazine Design: Lead the design process for our quarterly corporate magazine from concept to completion, including layout design, image selection, and content integration.
- External Communication Design: Spearhead the design process for billboards and other public-facing digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design principles to maintain consistency and strengthen brand identity.
- Website Design and Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain enterprise and individual company websites, utilizing scripting languages, content creation tools, and digital media, while collaborating with technical vendors to ensure website security.
- Digital Asset Management: Manage and maintain digital asset libraries, including photos, videos, graphics, and historical company archives, ensuring accessibility and organization for team members.
- Visual Material Creation: Create and edit visual materials while adhering to graphic design principles and elements, producing imaginative and engaging designs for various internal and external communication channels.
- Multimedia Creation: Collaborate with team members to create and edit multimedia materials, including:
- Photography: Utilize photography skills to capture high-quality images for projects, including product photography, event coverage, and promotional materials.
- Videography and Video Editing: Collaborate with the team on videography projects, shooting and editing videos to produce engaging visual content utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Animated Graphics Integration: Seamlessly integrate animated graphics and motion graphics into multimedia projects, enhancing visual appeal and engaging viewers effectively.
- Promotional Material Design: Design promotional material, exhibits, displays, and signage for internal customers, maintaining the company's corporate image and identity.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
- Experience with website design and maintenance, including authoring or scripting languages and content creation tools.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in magazine layout design, web design, and graphic design skills.
