Responsibilities:
Interact in an ethical and respectful manner with homeowners and Erus Energy employees.
Hire and train sales staff.
Generate leads and close sales independently.
- Qualifications:
Sales experience in home improvement, alarms, home automation, satellite TV service, or solar is helpful.
Lead generation and closing skills are essential for success.
Passion for sales, solar energy and making a difference.
A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to reliable, professional-looking transportation.
Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in a high-pressure, fast-growing business environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
