Testing Manager:
ESC Spectrum is a leading provider of systems and services for stack emissions monitoring at power plants and other industries throughout the country. We are seeking an experienced Testing Manager: * : to join our team in Pensacola, FL. : *This position will manage our stack testing group, perform stack tests and act as project manager for our testing contracts.
As a Testing Manager, you will: :
- Hire and develop a team of top performers and ideal team players
- Plan, manage, and conduct source testing projects in the field at customer sites
- Create testing proposals, test protocols, and test reports.
- Manage all aspects of testing projects including scheduling, method research, equipment procurement, etc.
- Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills.
- Lead, train, and mentor field testing team personnel.
- Ensure compliance with ASTM D 7036-04 requirements.
What You'll Need: :
- Demonstrated track record of managing people and projects
- QSTI certification
- Willingness to travel and adjust to fluid weekly scheduling (85 % travel)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in an outdoor environment
- Able to lift objects up to 75 pounds and to climb to and work at heights above 250 feet
- Clean driving record with the ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Proven top-performer and team player in past positions
- Excellent skills with MS Office including Excel and MS Word
