What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator for Initiatives position at ESC2?
The Administrator for Initiatives will provide administrative assistance to the Associate Director(s) of the assigned center and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Deputy Director within the framework of the philosophy and objectives established by Board policy, consistent with statutes and standards of regulatory agencies and in accordance with administrative regulations and procedures.
Education Qualifications
1. Bachelor ́s degree in Education, Education Leadership, or related field (required)
2. Master ́s degree in education or a related field (required)
3. Valid Texas Principal/Mid-management certification (required)
4. Valid Texas teaching certificate or related certificate/licensure (required)
Experience
1. At least three years of successful school leadership including principal, and/or district administration
level experience required.
2. Working knowledge of state and federal funding regulations required.
3. Experience in the management of multiple, simultaneous projects and staff in a fast-paced
environment.
