Position Title: Marketing Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

Location: Evansville, IN

Status: Exempt

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning for Bear Archery, Trophy Ridge, Bear X, Cajun Bowfishing, and SIK. Manages the Archery Digital Coordinator & Graphic Designer in the creation, organization, and execution of engaging product content, including copy, images, and videos, for publication on ecommerce retail websites, social media websites, digital advertisements, and other consumer publications.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain engaging product and marketing copy for ecommerce websites, digital advertising, social media, and other consumer publications
• Work with graphic designers and photographers in developing images, videos, and graphics, for ecommerce and social media websites
• Work with Digital Marketing Coordinator to design and optimize all consumer content for publication to ecommerce retail websites
• Assist in the organization and integration of a product content management software
• Take an active role in the strategy development, content creation, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of online advertising campaigns
• Managing the company’s, Ambassadors and Prostaff teams.
• Assist in the analysis and distribution of Google Analytics data and resulting strategy development
• Work with product management to gain extensive product knowledge for use in product copy
• Work with sales and product management teams to execute ecommerce retail strategies
• Participate in training opportunities related to ecommerce growth and evolution
• Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising,
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Creative design and editing skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment

Physical Demands:

• Sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the time
• Lifting up to 25 pounds
• Stooping and kneeling
• Fine motor coordination

Working Conditions:

• Office environment
• Occasional domestic travel required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,690.33 - $109,399.16 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
