Responsibilities:
- Manage the game room and monitor the activities of all guests.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Be the face of the game room and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, answering concerns, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience: Required: At least one year of customer service experience in a retail, restaurant, or service environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work as an independent worker or within a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis, and handle all equipment with care and concern.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
