Janitorial Manager - 1139037

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for assisting the Director in oversight of the operational needs of the facility. They will serve as one of the liaisons between the sector and the client, providing the highest possible level of service. Responsible for the overall management of the Janitorial Department. Responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all activities of the department including ultimate financial responsibility by management. Works with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the cleanliness of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
• Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates
• Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
• Assists with cost control management for the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree- preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
