Facilities Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities: You will support the HSE and Facilities Department, maintain schedules, internal processes, and client databases. As a liaison between various departments, you automatically become an integral part of the team that delivers quality improvement and customer support. Oversees receipt, process and data entry of maintenance/repair requests and preventative maintenance through the automated work order system including the following: HSE reporting system Track and report scorecard data Compiles data for special reports. Preventive Maintenance (PM) /Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) system management SAP super user HSEF document control HSEF Communications and Tier Efficiency On-time to request task Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years’ related experience. Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Accuracy and attention to details General office protocol Manual filing Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of customer service principles, including customer needs assessments and customer satisfaction evaluations (preferred) Working knowledge of HSE and facilities maintenance and operations (preferred).
