We need to hire a Maintenance Person to assist our team with daily tasks. A successful Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing minor repairs, maintaining and responding to any urgent issues. Individuals who are highly detail-oriented will do well in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Minor repairs to the plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems in the building.
- Painting, cleaning
- Repair and maintain the building structure such as doors and stairways.
- General property maintenance
- Unit work orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
