Family owned construction company that has been in the business for over 30 years is seeking to add an experience OSHPD Superintendent to its team.
Job Summary:
Provide effective, organized and consistent supervision and management on construction sites with all subcontractors and clients. Communication, team building, problem solving and leadership are key characteristics.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of (3) years of verifiable OSHPD 1 and OSHPD 3 experience
- Minimum of three (3) verifiable client references
- Ability to create and maintain 3 week look ahead schedules
- Computer savvy and capable of effectively using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $101,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
