Lead with ultimate image (professional grooming/uniform attire) for all staff to follow

Bring together all departments Fitness/PT/Operations to act as one team with great/effective communication
Coordinate daily Production meetings with OM/PM
Help guide all departments to hit/exceed 100% month goals with new daily adjusted goals

Coordination with/support for Operations Managers/Staff
Customer Service Concierge
MARKETING GURU
Oversee all Fitness & PT marketing plans/execution daily
Inside club running UGP play execution
PT Super Six prospecting execution
Outside club marketing plan coordination with Fitness/PT Teams together
Lead the team to build Corporate Wellness relationships
SALES LEADER/MANAGER
Strong Management experience/performance driven
Drive Fitness VCLASS & PT Teams Success Reports/Shows production to hit/exceed goals
Hit club bonus to highest level over 100%
Understand DSR/QSR categories/#'s/trends
Set new daily/monthly adjusted unit/EFT goals
Lead by example running the Esporta sales process
Train Fitness Directors/Personal Training Managers and staff to follow/represent Esporta Culture & Sales process/chart
Help train front desk operations staff to enter guest info/TI info/data and handoff/transfer to Fitness staff
Keep Fitness & PT leaders and playbooks organized
Can present/sell PT
TO all tours/PT presentations when available
Sales training daily
Ensure effective ASP
Take full accountability for the club
