What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Espyr?

ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will take our organization to the next level.  The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate about what our organization does, how we do it and the people it impacts.  

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create Marketing Content and Strategy:
Copywriting and content management directed towards Espyr’s solutions, industry targets, desirable contacts, brokers and others. 
  • Balance and coordinate multiple channels of marketing strategies, which will include management of the Espyr website and all content.
  • Conduct market research activities, create competitive analyses and recognizing national trends in mental health. 
  • Manage marketing strategies and campaigns budgets.
  •  Troubleshoot and test strategies and campaigns, provide measured analysis resulting in improved lead generation results and sales opportunities. 
  • Long-term: Responsible for Espyr’s marketing and communication strategy, as well as overall branding and image.
 
Execute a Lead Generation Strategy and Support Various Teams:
  • Develop and execute a cadence of lead generation content in support of sales growth.
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales to identify targets for sales and the subsequent execution of a targeted campaign.
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales on lead generation metrics; lead count, lead scoring, lead conversion, potential scoring, potential conversion to win, etc.
  • Assume monthly targets for the metrics above, creating accountability for the success of your strategy.
  • Work closely with Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Sales, Client Success Manager, Chief Clinical Officer, and others on specific content and campaigns targeting sales growth and retention.
  • Long-term:  Take direction from department heads, provide insight through experience and expertise, while providing a solution-oriented approach to your process.
  • Long-term: Travel in support of Espyr, our solutions and services.  This may consist of current clients, prospects, association conferences, channel/business partners, etc.

Social Media Strategy and Management:
Leverage existing and identify new opportunities to reach audiences through social media platforms where the Espyr brand has an opportunity for maximum exposure.  
  • Establish and execute a social media strategy, following a daily/weekly/monthly process for delivering Espyr services information to key prospect targets and current customers.
  • Create disruption.  Don’t settle for the status quo in your social media outreach.  Identify unique opportunities to reach your audience and involve team members for participation when applicable.
  • Support Espyr AND create unique opportunities for both information sharing and consumption.

 Accelerate Espyr Branding Efforts: 
  • Work closely with Chief Marketing Officer on developing, coordinating, and executing branding activities.
  • Identify Marketing opportunities available through associations, channel partners, brokers, and other trusted        advisors and associates to maximize sales.
  • Long-term:  Focus Espyr’s branding in the industries where we can maximize profitability, deliver a unique and essential solution, offer expertise and value surpassing all others, and create disruption.

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in service-based companies.
  • Experience in Healthcare industry.
  • Management experience.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Consistent track record of success with generating leads through social media, digital campaigns, and print.
  • Experience with Salesforce, both from a user and administrative perspective
  • Proven record of successful campaigns and successful outcomes

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
