Esse Health is currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist!
SUMMARY: The Operations Support Specialist possesses detailed knowledge of industry-standard population management workflows, processes, and systems that he/she uses in collaborative coaching, mentoring, and discussions with all clinical office teams including each clinical offices' physician office leader and Office Manager in order to effect positive performance change for all populations served. The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for overall support for all employees by giving adequate training on processes, systems, and population health workflows. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently or as part of a team. They will also be comfortable teaching and training in a group setting. The chosen candidate will have a BS in a related field and 3 years' experience with application training and support. Experience with Electronic Practice Management and Electronic Health Record systems is required. Preferred candidates will also be knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma principles and have knowledge, experience and understanding of medical office practices.
This position is a combination of remote and in office work. Travel to Esse Health medical offices to provide in-person services and shared team coverage of new hire EMR/EHR in-person training at our Central Business office in Creve Coeur is required.

Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or management disciplines or equivalent work experience •Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Knowledge of industry-standard performance improvement methods •Knowledge and understanding of the development and implementation of standardized processes, integrated to form systems to produce predictable outcomes •Understanding of the concepts of internal and external customers •Knowledge and understanding of the interdependencies between the customer experience and the organizational value chain •Knowledge and understanding of the medical office practice as a business with dependencies on its customers.
