Title: Manager, CRM Ops Administration
Location: Radnor PA or Winston Salem, NC
This is a manager level position which works under the supervision of the Director, Program Management. The manager is responsible for managing activities related to the maintenance and enhancement of the CRM (SugarCRM) which includes: providing support for data and content updates including gathering requirements and enhancements from stakeholders, assisting with development and usage of the system for the Business Development team, coordinating system upgrades, and prioritizing and implementing enhancements with Business Development, Marketing, Risk, Operations, IT, and outside consultants.
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties: Administration:
Manage SugarCRM as database of record for contacts and sales and marketing activities.
Set up users with proper security and access.
Assists in analyzing current business processes and suggests improvements. Participates in the continuous process improvement efforts related to design and programming of new functionality within SugarCRM.
Manage day to day relationships with consultants. Manage and set priorities within budget guidelines.
Partner and collaborate across multiple business functions (BD, Marketing, Risk, Client Services, Essent Connect) to develop customization/optimization requirements and best practices.
Serves as business team leader and SME on various integrations with SugarCRM with other applications and data-driven processes.
Performs administrative tasks such as creating accounts and profiles, defining/creating modules, and fields, maintaining drop-down list values, etc.
Supports the roll-out of new SugarCRM releases and upgrades.
Creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and processes in SugarCRM.
Responsible for supporting activities related to ensure data is accurate and consistent (de-duping and clean-up processes).
Interprets and documents requirements from stakeholders.
Training and user support
Serves as the SME for SugarCRM throughout the organization.
Supports the ongoing training for SugarCRM users. Provides updates and education on new features, benefits, reports on a regular basis.
Provides support for data entry and updates of SugarCRM users from across the organization.
Ensures current and accurate customer/prospect information, activities, contacts, correspondence, and calling and campaign status in CRM database. Builds out contact database on an ongoing basis.
Maintains robust contact database by taking responsibility for building out, verifying and QC of contact and account fields.
Support client development and sales operations
Develop reports and metrics to measure and quantify sales productivity and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for SugarCRM to be the resource center for all information and processes necessary to on board and maintain a customer.
Creates and implements tools that measure territory opportunities.
Support development and maintenance of sales plans for high opportunity prospects.
Work with IT to ensure proper integration with Data warehouse and reporting tools.
Work with stakeholders across all functions to ensure proper SugarCRM utilization
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related experience
Five or more years’ experience with SugarCRM or other CRM
Eight or more years of work experience in operations, planning and analysis in a technology-driven organization, Mortgage or banking experience preferred
Demonstrated expertise in project management and process improvement. Lean Six Sigma or related experience
Problem-solving and strong analytical ability with orientation for detail and accuracy
Able to work independently with limited direction. Action-oriented and willing to make decisions with limited information
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
Team player who works productively with wide range of people and personalities
Strong aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration and teaming.
Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
Proficient in data manipulation including EXCEL, Access, and other external databases
