We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Essentia Health as a Radiology Student Intern! In this role you will get to: Under the direction of the Manager of Radiology Services and the guidance of a Registered Radiologic Technologist; functions as a staff technologist within Radiology with the exceptions of contrast injecting and radiology operating room procedures. This is a student Radiology technologist position, (X-ray Operators License is required in the state of Minnesota) that is responsible for providing optimal patient care utilizing established and accepted techniques during administration of ionizing radiation for diagnostic and/or research in a way that is effective and appropriate to the age of the involved patient population (ages 0 to death).
Education Qualifications:
Minnesota Only: X-ray Operator's certification and in good standing with the Minnesota Department of Health.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
