Job Description: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of apartment units and property facilities. You'll work closely with our maintenance team to ensure our properties are well-maintained and our residents receive top-notch service.
Job Duties:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
- Perform plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement as needed.
- Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
- Assist in renovation projects to enhance the quality of our properties.
- Maintain the curb appeal of the community by assisting with grounds maintenance tasks.
- Must have your own tools and 1-2 years of handyman experience.
- Experience in appliance repair, including refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, and microwaves.
- Proficiency in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and possess a strong work ethic.
- Reliable and dependable with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
