Key Responsibilities:

Mix and Serve Drinks: Prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring they meet quality and presentation standards.

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when requested. Engage with customers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.

Bartending Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to established recipes and standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain bar inventory, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies. Report low stock levels to the Bar Manager.

Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of glassware, utensils, and cleaning equipment.

Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate cash drawer records. Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Customer Engagement: Interact with guests, making them feel valued and appreciated. Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Adhere to local alcohol regulations and licensing requirements.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Basic math skills for measuring and handling cash.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and move for extended periods.
• Lift and carry moderately heavy loads.
• Work in a busy and sometimes noisy environment.
